There were some more birthday celebrations over the weekend. I stayed up untill 1 am to get all the cakes finished, but it was well worth it! The brownies, out of this book, were so delicious. The next day Robin and I fought over the last crumbs, whilst eating it straight out of the baking dish :-). 

Also highly recommended to make out of this book are the blueberry cheesecake and the basic cupcake recipe with lemon. Both easy and really tasty!

The thing about my own baking is that I always feel I can eat as much of it as I want...without getting fat. Strange, as I just saw all the sugar going in!!  This is probably a good reason not to pick up baking class again and only bake on special occasions :-)
